It's OK To Be A Renegade
Masterclass

You inspire. You educate. You support. You sacrifice for your students. You motivate.
So, first of all, I’d like to express my gratitude to you. Especially during this past crazy year, as an educator you have stepped up to the frontlines and it’s truly admirable and brave. Thank you.
You deserve a break and that’s where I come in.
I have been living and working in Nashville, TN as an artist and songwriter for the last 4.5 years. I have toured the country, worked in one of the top recording studios, produced my own music videos, and had some learn-from-mistakes moments...because that’s life. But learning to be resilient has been a life saver. It has taught me the value of not giving up and also allowed me opportunities I never thought possible for an independent artist.
Even though I have been on the stage since I was 7 years old and had some incredible teachers and mentors, the one thing I felt was missing was that reassurance that pursuing a CAREER in the arts is truly possible. The first step in believing and understanding this, is finding your community of like-minded , encouraging artists, which is why I've developed the
It’s Ok To Be A Renegade Masterclass.
I want to help students realize the accessibility of pursuing a career in the arts from the ground level. My goal is to foster a discussion that demystifies breaking into the entertainment industry and leave the students with resources, practical tips, and a community where they feel heard and supported.
I'm guessing you've heard the term "starving artist" before....well I'm here to turn that myth on its head and show high school and college theatre/music students that YOU CAN MAKE A CAREER OUT OF YOUR PASSIONS.
Some of the topics we will cover are:
- How to make your own performance/job opportunities in the arts.
- Developing a support system around you and within yourself. It's so important for artists to be a part of a community where we are championing each other’s successes and I want to offer that community to students.
- How to stay motivated and move forward with your art through networking, reframing your mindset, understanding your business, and resiliency.
All of this is supported through stories of my own experience working and living in Nashville, Music City USA - the successes, the mistakes and everything in between. It's a wild, exhilarating ride!
Contact me for more information and to schedule a much needed BREAK for yourself!
I'd love to be the link for your wonderful students between school and following their dreams...!
